This is a society problem. A snob is one who knows what he likes and thinks that everyone else should like the same thing or else they are idiots, and then lets them know that they are idiots. This applies to clothes, cars, schools, music, ...... and beer. What happened to being a civil society...

However, I think that the Motor City Kitty Ale House sounds better. You could then name your brews after famous ex players i.e. Barry Sanders Ankle Breaking Bock.

Classier would be the latin translation: Cerebral Flatulence Brew House :)

Man, that looks like it is in the new Wor.......on development. Just down the road from me. Glad to have another HBF member in the area. There are quite a few of us. Congrats to your wife for all of her hard work (and obviously your support). :)

I finally found the time for a first brew day, and what a day it was. The kids won their lacrosse matches in the am, I completed the honey do lists, and still had time to brew. I'm starting with a Sierra Nevada IPA clone. exceeded the OG expected by hitting 1.064 allowing me to dilute the wort...

The garage isn't that clean, just the camera is that bad. There is a layer of sawdust on everything from a large project I just completed, 4 sets of cornhole boards. I will have to wipe everything down before brewing.

Of course, I will post pics of a real time run when completed. I feel like I owe Denny some beer for all of his helpful posts. I hope the wooden rack is not too ghetto for him, but I wanted something I could easily take apart and store (all wingnuts baby):D
