    Capper broken or not? I don't know

    Hello, my last brew is still flat and I know it carbonated as 2 bottles were with the grolch style wired caps and they were carved up good but the rest are still flat. Is there something that goes inside the capper bell to even the weight of pressing down that's fallen off or does this look alright?

    i have a new job and brewday for me will be saturday, however the new job involves staying away mon-fri so i will not be able to keep the water surrounding the fermenter cold with icepacks everyday, any ideas for keeping it the same temp for a week with out me being there????????????:mug:
