ok i found out the hard way that im gonna need a blowoff tube for my carboy, so should i get tubing that is large enough to fit snuggly into the mouth of the carboy or can i just use tubing that will fit though my stopper, (rougly siphon hose size)? and a big oops for accidently posting this...

Howdy guys, i was in australia about 8 years ago and we drank a lot of Hahn premium and victoria bitter any idea of some good recipes that will get me a beer close to that. its kind of my goal to make autralian "clone" beers :) Thanks C

OK i racked to a secondary today ( glass carboy), that gives my beer about a week in the primary. i checked my SG after 4 days and it was 1.017 today it was about the same. so can i assume that i will see fermentation activity fire back up in the secondary? doesnt look like to much is happening...
