    Brewpot ?

    Hello people, got a 15gl keg for my brewpot installed a dump valve on the side closest to the bottom as I could before hitting the curviture. I now have 2gl of dead space before hitting the valve. So are you guys just tipping the keg to the side to get all the wort out? Or adding more run off...

    Keg pressure ?

    When you first pressurize the keg say with 20psi, does the beer obsorb CO2 bringing my regulated pressure down 5psi with in 8hrs.

    How do you clean your wort chiller?

    Looking for the easiest way to clean my new wort chiller. Since you put the chiller in the boiling wort 15-20 min. prior to cooling does it really matter that you clean and sanitize before every use, its probably good practice to do so, just looking to see what you guys/gals do. Cheers, Scott.

    LME to DME

    I have a recipe that calls for 8.5lbs of light LME, I have extra light DME from a previous batch. Will substituting the LME for DME result in any off flavor or color? The batch I wanna make is a Dogfish Head clone 60min IPA.

    Priming ?

    Priming my Hefe tomorrow and not sure about the quanity of water mixed with the 5oz. of corn sugar called for in the recipe. Does two cups seem to be the norm? And how long of a boil? Cheers, Scott.

    Any sanitizing wipes out there?

    I would like to know if any of you use sanitizing wipes, and if you do what kind. I think it would be convienent to use since I dont feel like making a 5gl. batch of star san just to clean my hrdrometer when checking readings. Anyone?
