    Modifying a Coopers Stout kit...with alcohol preserved cherries?

    Hi Folks, I've just mixed up a Coopers stout kit with half DME and half Corn sugar. I would really like to add some preserved cherries to it but am unsure about quantity and/or when to add them. Any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Hey folks, I was going to try making some wine from Welches grape concentrate but I haven't got any yeast nutrient, and no homebrew store locally. So my question is can this work without the yeast nutrient? Any help would be great! Thanks
