    just drank 3 beers from my first batch they have been in the bottle for a week they are a little under carbed and still a little green but with a 6.1 abv after the second one i didn't even notice the green taste in the third i think i might have a fourth

    just wondering

    I started my brew 5 days ago and following the directions in the kit I pitched more yeast and added a half a cup sugar on the fifth day. I was wondering if I should have just left it alone and is this going to have any adverse affects like off flavors or am i going to be fine

    i am brewing mt first batch and i am unsure how long to let it ferment it looks like most peoples suggestions are to ferment for around 4 weeks but those suggestions are for 5 gal batches mine is small its only 1 gal so my question is is fermentation time shorter for smaller batches or should...
