    low carbonation after two weeks

    I bottled my brew two weeks ago and I still have very low carbonation. I put the 3/4 cup of sugar in the carboy before bottling and I stirred the beer every six bottles. What can I do to add more carbonation. Any advice would help. Much appreciated.
