I've brewed Cherries in the Snow, and the tart Cherry stout. Both turned out excellent. I would recomend them to anyone.

I have an analog temp control, that i'm using for a chest freezer to ferment in. Can I run two devices in to this controler? I understand that they will both be at the same temp, but is this ok to do?

I agree with Maxam, I have a year of brewing under my belt now, and I've tried all kinds of fun a crazy brews. But I keep coming back to a solid IPA, or Pa also. I try to now brew those in 10 gallon batchs, but they still don't last very long.

I agree with going to Adventures in Homebrewing, I go 40 minutes out of my way, and past 3 other home brew shops to go there. They are real helpful, and carry tons of stuff.
