For me it was necessary to rip out the front divider to get a demijon in there. The front doors are close enough that with a little weatherstripping they seal tight when I close them.

The only issue I can think of is that if you increase the temp for a diacetyl rest then you want to maintain a high temp....be careful of fluctuating temps at night.

I try to go to the gym every night and reward myself with a beer or two afterwards. It's a very relaxing way to end the night....take a shower, put on comfy clothes, and have a homebrew! Sometimes I have a beer with dinner but then I'm usually less inclined to hit the gym.

Anyone in the Cinnaminson, NJ area mind picking up my grains? I can probably pick them up on the 21st. I have (2) 1/2 sacks of grain.
