    I like just the crossed rifles. My second choice would be just the snake. In my opinion it's just too much with the snake and rifles together.

    Ok so I have this long drawn out idea for a brewpub that involves loosely theming it around the Cold War. Since it wouldn't involve bottling I figured I could make "propaganda" posters for each brew. There could also be events based on this theme (Costume night? Best Era Impersonation? I dunno)...

    when to enjoy which beer

    I'm more of a seasonal drinker. In the Fall and Winter I tend to drink the heavier brews. In the Summer I enjoy a lot of lagers and some lighter ales. In real life though I drink whatever is on tap until it's gone. So I may just enjoy that imperial stout all the way into summer. Spring does not...

    I was thinking it was probably Louisiana :D Anyway I agree with pcollins. As long as you work hard and are reliable then as long as there is a spot open I don't see the problem.
