    Complete defeat on a double batch (w/pic)

    Infection most likely. I've done 6 batches and it's been smooth sailing until now. They've only been in the bottle 2 weeks and they started exploding. So, I opened up the remaining time-bombs to salvage the bottles. I think it's time to switch to Iodophor and review my sanitizing methods...

    Fermentation Problem after 10 days
