    How long is too long?

    Knowing that higher temps for ale yeast can lead to off flavors I was wondering how long was too long for a batch to sit at say 72 degrees.     Dented Keg a Problem?

    I just received a ball lock keg that I purchased off of ebay. In the pictures the keg looked in pretty good condition. Upon receiving the keg I notice a pretty sizable dent in the side. Other than the dent everything looks fine. It holds pressure. Question is, is the dent an issue?
