Just finished up a Pumpkin Saison. It is fermenting vigorously in my fermentation chamber at 62 degrees. I'll write in my recipe to see what you think and tasting notes in a couple of weeks.

I have marinated chicken with onions, garlic, and an Oktoberfest. The maltiness is excellent in the chicken. I have also used Sam Adams Boston Lager and that is great too.
I found this for a nice refreshing dessert. An orange-strawberry sorbet made with a heffe and hop infused syrup. Tried it and it is excellent and refreshing. SHMBO will also love it.
