    Bottling Bucket

    ok so if you use the spigot to get your hydro sample - will there be any consequences from getting it from the bottom. ie. - taking away any trub that could contain yeast, getting trub in the sample - will that give you a bad reading?

    1st Muntons Carb tab use results

    i am curious about using these - as the temperature where my bottles will be sitting at will be low 60's... so it will take forever for the yeast to carb them. I am assuming the carb tablets aren't affected by temperature... right?
