    S33 ringwood?

It's the Edme strain, I dont really have any frame of reference for what that really means, because I never used the original. It tends to get a bad wrap in homebrew forums, but I use it in my Hoppy Amber and really like it. It has no traditional Belgian characteristics.

Magic Chef Beverage Cooler - MCBC58DST

Ok I think I got it, sorry for having to break out the crayons in order for me to get it! Cut 1 of the black wires (doesn't matter which), and connect both to the center. Then wire the resistor across the top and bottom lug. Off position will operate like factory settings. On position will...

I used a #3 PVC jug from walmart. I'm not too worried about it being harmful, but i won't be storing a beer long term in it for fear of oxygenating the beer over time.

    Expected FG

Right, but is there an expected or estimated FG that I should be looking for in 1-2 weeks time?

    Expected FG

I just brewed my first beer tonight after a long time of reading, researching, and hoping to do it one day! I used the Northern Brewer St. Paul Porter Extract kit for my first brew. The recipe was. Specialty Grains- .5lb Simpsons Chocolate .5lb Simpsons Dark Crystal Malt- 6lbs Dark Malt Syrup...
