    Something about my IPA

    Well it came out good after letting the IPA sit for another 2 weeks, Me, my 2 friends, my sister and even a cap driver had a glass and they all said it was great but my sister said it tasted like pot i guess thats what hoppy taste like to her. So all was good a bit cloudy but very nice.

    ok i let them sit for like an hour out of the fridge and they are still a bit cold but not super cold maybe around the upper 40's and they now seems to be back to the way they where warm, this is weird, i have never seen anything like this.     Thanks, They where great warm, nice head, nice full body, great lacing. But yeah cold they are a little weak, you know a bit sad. Like if miller high life was to make an IPA, not like a good IPA.

    Ok so i brewed my IPA (true brew which isn't a true IPA but more of a brown ale) for 1 week in primary, 2 weeks in secondary and 1 week in bottles.     hahaha I don't know how true it is but no stores have pumpkin puree or even pumpkin pie filling (don't worry i wouldn't use the filling) but i bet the organic store will have it.

    I've done the Molasses before with a barely wine i say made by these 2 guys on youtube and mine came out great. I just use the molasses for flavoring it adds a almost rum flavor to the beer, it is quite nice i think anyway.

    Pitching yeast temp question

    i once read my temp wrong pitched my yeast and looked at temp again and it read 90 and i thought it said 80 and it came out good, i got drunk and so did a friend. dont go doing that though, that was luck.
