    I don't suppose anyone has an analysis sheet for Rahr pilsner? I bought some from midwest for the DFH 90 min clone but they didn't have an analysis and a quick google search didn't come up with anything either. Rahr's website is also fairly useless.

    I couldn't find any pure calcium carbonate on short notice so I bought a bottle of oyster shell calcium from CVS. The ingredient list says 500mg calcium per tablet, do you think that is 500mg CaCO3 or do I need to do some other calculation to figure out how much I'm adding?
