    I tried a search for this and came up empty. If its out there point me too it. So will wort scorch at a rolling boil in which case I need to occasionally stir it or once it hits a rolling boil its good to go?

    Brewpot No good?

    So I bought a small 2gal SS pot for doin 1gal batches. I boiled some eggs in it the other day and I noticed these spots on the bottom. Is this okay still to brew in or is this pot shot?

    Done fermenting but....

    Ok, my Mr Beer WCPA was done fermenting yesterday but is still pretty cloudy. I know I can let it sit longer to let some of the cloudyness settle but the fermentation is done so would it hurt to bottle it now? Could this beer be a cloudy type of beer? Help me ole Beer Kenobi, yer my only hope!
