    Caramel cream ale?

no the lactose is for sweetening it not for priming. Lactose is nonfermentable so it just sweetens the beer. you are fine:mug: Cheesefood added it then because he wasn't happy with the flavor so he added it later on.

    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

Possible infection...I moved the graff to a secondary and was very careful about sanitation. I used the gelatin reccomendation to clear it. This morning I have some white dots on top. Is this a possible infection or maybe I just woke up the yeast. I will try to get some picts on here soon...

    Foaming Issues

What pressure are you using to fill and are the bottles ICE COLD? should be just enough to move the liquid out like 2-3 psi. Is foam coming out of the beer filler or just starts foaming in the bottles? are you sure the bottles are squeaky clean?

I have this one carbing now https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/caramel-cream-ale-2435/ It was very sweet but very good next time I think I may not add as much lactose. you get a very strong caramel flavor from it. I even burnt it when brewing but the end product didn't taste bad or burnt. if...
