Porter vs Ale vs Saison vs Wheat

Plenty of great fruit to choose from. Blackberries, mayhaws in south Ga, apples, blueberries in north Ga. I made a grits cream ale( I know not a fruit or nut, but what says Ga more than grits) and its great if I do say so my self.

Blow off tube with cream ale

My cream ale went crazy and I threw an emergency blow off tube on. Put the biggest tube I had in, but did not take up all the space. Soaked some cling wrap in starsans and wrapped it up. Think that is ok?

    Burner fail

I read something like that too, but wanted to get some other thoughts. Burner looks like some of the openings are not working. It is 20 years old, so might be time for a new one.

    Jimmy Buffett Concert Beer ideas??

I will be at the concert in the ATL. They started in the past few years not letting us in until noon. I love the parking lot. I think I'm taking my "It's 12:00 Somewhere Ale" and maybe my Breakfast Stout. http://www.flickr.com/photos/halldawg/5685644672/FYI, that is not me.

What's your occupation: Engineer or Non-Engineer

I went to UGA, so we are not real fond of the tech school on north ave. in the ATL. I blame them for the road problems in GA (and most other problems that I can think of).
