    Cherries

    Does anyone use cherries in their recipes? And if so what is the range for weight? Are their any cost effective ways besides having a cherry tree?

    I messed up.

    Ok, so I've only done extract recipes, but someone bought me a AG recipe, so I figured I would give it a try. The recipe was an American Pale Ale. The grain was 6lbs Light Munich and 2lbs Caramunich. I mashed with 10 2/3 Quarts of water at 158 for 40 minutes. Then mashed out at 170. Sparged...

    Hello all!

    Just found this forum. Just started brewing (about 5 days ago). I'm from Yonkers, NY. My setup so far is a 7.5 gallon stainless brewpot, 6 gallon plastic primary fermenter and a 5 gallon glass carboy. Currently executing my first batch an American wheat in the secondary.
