    2 yeast questions...

    I watched the starter pretty closely and it did not react anything like the one I did last week which spent 2 days bubbling away. The 2nd question is about harvesting from the primary, just to be more clear. Should I now pour out the water and save the yeast? Tom

    So my basement seems to be in the 65-67 deg range. I know that 68-72 is best for ales, but will I be ok with this? Should I let it ferment a bit longer? Thanks Tom
