I brewed up a batch and added a 1/2 pound of honey malt to it, came out great. I'm calling it a light IPA. Might have to make this a regular brew.

    How to prepare corks????

So if I'm reading this right, as I stand to bottle my first batch of mead in a few minutes, anything you do is fine as long as the corks go in the bottle after the mead.

Well as much as I tried to milk it my supply ran out, it was great while it lasted. Now I have 5 gallons of Mead that needs to get into some bottles for a few months and I will start on a batch of AHS Honey Wheat so I can have some for my housewarming party after we move.

The only thing I've done so far is an IPA that I just started tearing into and it's tasting pretty good. Have some sweet mead going in the primary right now but that's still a long way from ready.

    Beer foaming issue

Hi this is my first post and if this is the wrong place for it mods please move it. I finished up my first ever batch the other day and now after a couple weeks of sitting in bottles I decided to crack one open. It foamed like a volcano, I lost about 1/2 the bottle due to foam but it tastes...
