Thanks. I bought a 1/4 keg and haven’t been drinking all that much lately. So may be a while for the change…

    How often to clean

Hi Eberyone. New to kegerators. I have one line and don’t drink from it often but have had a keg (lager) on for about a month. How often would you recommend to clean the line? Would 6 weeks be ok? Also how often will the beer in the keg last. Need to drink more often :) Thank you.

    Trouble with Kegerator

Thank you very much. The chart with the co2 has helped. I lowered it to 8 psi, seems better. I also notice the first pour if dumped will result in less foamy beer thereafter. Remember doing that a few times in the past when filling from a keg. I do notice a decent amount of bubbles in this...

    Trouble with Kegerator

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I’ll be heading to hardware store tomorrow. Unsure the length it is the standard one from one of the major kegerator / beer sites. When the co2 went down the foam stopped but ultimately so did beer flow.

Insulation between kegerator and tap with counter

Thanks to you both for your help. Would you suggest silicone or the goop product to seal it? I’m a bit concerned with screwing into the kegerator as there are no pilot holes and I would be screwing directly into the unit. Are there any other suggested ways to usually do this if I didn’t have...

Insulation between kegerator and tap with counter

Thanks everyone. Took a few more pictures. The metal tube ideally would go from inside the kegerator upwards however it doesn’t acrew into the plastic housing. I have been told it is ok to use self tapping screws and go right into the metal of the kegerator. Doesn’t seem ideal. The draft tower...

Insulation between kegerator and tap with counter

Thanks for your help. Have attached three photos. One from inside the kegerator, one outside of kegerator (counter top being installed shortly) and the piece that was provided with the kegerator but doesn’t seem to work.

Insulation between kegerator and tap with counter

Hello Thanks in advance for your help. I have a new kegerator and will be below a countertop. I have seen a few suggestions but unsure the best route to insulate the gap between the kegerator and the tap between the countertop. The kegerator came with a cooled system that looks like a chimney...
