    How Long can I Cold Crash 🍺

    Cold Crashing in my Stainless Fermenter. How long can I keep cold crashing my 5 gallons of Homebrew? Do to circumstances beyond my control, I may have to let it go for over a week. It’s at 39 degrees. Was wondering if there’s any side effects on the Brew if crashing it to long ? thanx… Cheers !

    How long do you let ur Beer sit on the yeast in Fermenter b4 transferring? I was planning on transferring to Keg after 16 days but Keg I ordered from MoreBeer came in damaged and might be another week or so before getting this matter straight.

    Added 1 pack of WLP 830 to a 5.5 gallon well oxygenated Märzen/Lager at 54 degrees 38 hours ago. (Pack said good for 5 gallons). I have slow activity happening in air lock/bubbler now.     Is anyone able to successfully order Liquid Yeast without it arriving hot (Even with Ice Packs) ? Our LHBS is usually out of Whitelabs and other LY).     I am 2.5 lbs short on 9.9 lbs of Weyermann Pilsner Malt for a recipe. (Dortmunder Export) Recipe I have spare: Bonlander Munich Malt Aromatic Munich Malt Vienna Malt Maris Otter Would any of these work as a 2.5 lb substitute without any big changes? should I go to LHBS and just buy more Pilsner...
