I will still have another orifice screwed into each burner. I guess I'm trying to save some cash and reuse the regulator I have.

I'm putting together my parts for my manifold. I was going to use my regulator off my SQ14 burner. My plan was to have that thread into a bushing that connects to the black pipe, then to a tee, to a valve, etc, etc. My regulator hose has the orifice attached. Any problems with this?

BrewerRick- I will be mounting my burners and pump exactly as you have. Did you order additional angle iron or did you have enough left over from the amount specified in the original plans?

Gremlyn, I'm planning on building one of these and I also use a coleman extreme as my MLT. Do you have any support for the extra length of the cooler or do you just center it?

Airedale, I've soldered copper water pipe before, is what you're suggesting similar. If you could explain further I would appreciate it as this sounds like something I could do.

How much do you think a weld would run?

My hole is directly in on the bottom, dead center. I am going to use it as direct fire as a HLT. I like the stainless steel screw idea to plug it up but I assume I would need a washer to make it water tight. I doubt it will take the heat from a burner.

I just bought a Miller keg at a scrap metal yard. After I left, I noticed a small hole in the bottom, maybe a 1/4 inch in diameter. It looks factory drilled. I'm at work so I can't test it, cut off the top, etc. Does any one have one of these that can confirm this is ok and this is an "outer"...
