    no carbonation?

    so my first beer has been in my keg for a week and it is still what seems like totally flat is that normal its at 12 psi at 39 degrees?

    question about grains?

    I'm planning on doing my first extract brew with some grain ive done 3 with the kit. so my question is for the little bit of grain ill be using is there a way i can grind it without a grain mill? thanks for any input!

    Was it to hot?

    I made a thomas coopers brew master IPA last night its my second batch and i think i pitched the yeast a little to hot.     looking for new brewery name???

    Ok working on a new label and a name he's some things about me. I have two dogs a pit bull and a wiener dog. I also live in north pole alaska which is right outside of fairbanks. I would really like it based on my dogs but im not dead set on it. now i know all of you creative minds...
