if its powering and not kicking on check the compressor for power if its hot check it for freon if its got that and its hot it might be locked up.

Short answer. Get another cooler if it cracked then the plastic has probably gone brittle and now that you melted it you changed it. Save the heart-arche imo buy a new one.

Well the plan in my mind was to have the mini under tha bar it would not be a walk in but built like one. It would be under that bar with the bar top being standard height. It would be large enough for 4-6 kegs and the taps would come out directly above.

Maybe you sohuldnt but I have been using 4 copper coils in my jockey box for several years without any issues. And I use it at least once a month. Now I dont leave beer in the lines ever and I never leave it setup for more then 2 days at a time. YMMV Az~

A thought you might consider for thermal mass if not for extra storage space really is to fill in the cooler with foam between the kegs so when all the kegs are in its a solid block. You oculd put plywood on top so its a flat surface Az~
