    Well it didn't kill me....yet! It was quite smooth, but seems dry. It has been so long I need to look at my book and see what all is in there as I started it in october or november. And our son is quite well almost 4 months old now! :mug:

    honey wheat??

    I've used no less than 2# honey in both of my wheat beers and they are great, 22oz will make your toes tingle. I am still just an amature though. I thing 1# is a little light

    KEG Use By Date?

    I just bought 4 kegs. I have been told I can prime my brew and toss it in a keg and let it carbonate while getting the rest of my setup put together. Is there a time line that I need to be up and running or can the brew sit for a while? Do I need to keep it cool? Thanks.

    Just got 4 for 60.00 from a friend. Thats a good starting point. Can I toss a fresh brew with priming sugar in these and let them carbonate while I am obtaining the rest of my supplies?
