    All of our beers taste nothing special..

    For example we brewed an IPA and it tastes like an IPA but it tastes generic as hell. 60 bucks and nothing special. Where are we going wrong?

    Keg tap constant strong leak..

    Keg tap the roommate took off because he didn't like having a keg in the place. Hadn't been used in about 8 months now constant leak out of the coupler that connects the threaded piece to the tap. What is wrong?

    How much of a pain would it be to juice and turn them into cider? They are super hard pears also. Just the type of pear it is.

    Just finished my Keezer been shooting foam for 24 hours

    My SNPA's keep tasting like hoppy budwiser

    :( They don't taste bad just lack of taste. I usually end up dumping some fruit flavor in there and everyone loves it. I followed two different SNPAs that were close to each other and the both tasted exactly the same.

    How long does it take to fix over carb keg?

    So I just shake the keg and let out out. When do I hook the c02 back up and how long does it take?

    Tried to burst carb last night. Wasn't carbed this morning.

    I shook it at 58 degrees for 5 min at 25 psi. This morning when I get pours from it. The beer does not look clear and has sediment in every pour. Tastes flat.. I have 8 hours until the party tonight.. Can I still burst carb it.

    I think the Krausen clogged my airlock while I was gone.

    I didn't use a blow off so when I came back there was a ton of dried Krausen stuck to the carboy. Does this effect the taste of my beer? Would it have stopped my fermentation early?

    Getting the most of specialty grains?

    I follow the 160 degree 20-30 min method but was told one of my beers tasted weak on the specialty grains. Any tips for getting the most flavor from steeping them? Here is the new recipe I am following..

    Can you add blueberry extract after carbing?

    I am thinking that my ale would taste great with it. Tastes fine as is but I think I think I was supposed to dry hop instead of just adding the hops in at last then strain. So it needs more flavor

    Someone said my pale ale tasted like Natural light.

    The first person who tasted this SNPA said it was too hoppy for him and he use to work in a brew factory. While another person who does not really drink any good beer said my beer tasted like Natural light.. This sir, offends me. :mad: Anyone have an experience like this?

    How do soda flavor kits taste?

    I have everything to keg with that I use for beer. But soda caught my eye because I saw they had flavor kits for 5.99 on AHS. Not sure how great these kits taste.. I would love to have something that tastes like this on tap..

    First beer success..

    Had many beers that taste like yeast or too much sediment in the bottles. Took a big leap and bought a Keezer + CO2 to keg. Having some problems carbing it correctly but the beer tastes clean, fresh, clear doesn't smell funny. Tastes like a pale ale. Not quite like a seria nevada but good none...

    Lots of head but does not seem carbed all the way

    I have it at 38 degrees 10 psi... I carbed it for 2 days at 30 psi then 1 day at 20 psi. Just set it to 12 then 10psi a day ago.

    All my beers are the same color.

    Pretty much no matter what I make they end up being the same color. I use extract kits..
