    Just made 5 more using a mix of apple juices...going to age for 8 months. 16604.5+5=16609.5 (what's with the .5 challenger440?)

    Man, I love Apfelwein

    I made a batch back in January and recently bottled it. It's been in the bottle for less than 2 weeks but has already got some nice bubblin’ going on already. I got another batch that I made in January(same recipe using Mott's) and I'm going to bottle it in June to see how the flavor changes...

    Can I leave my beer in the Primary Fermenter?

    I'm kinda having the same problem with my Russian Imperial Stout. I was going to rack to seconday after it was in the primary for 6 days. But I've heard a lot of people have success with not racking to seconday and just leaving it be for 2-4 weeks in the primary. I'll try that this time and...
