    Raising ph?

    Is there an easy rule of thumb for raising ph? I use the 1% sauermalz for each 0.1 pH reduction needed, and that works well. Thanks.

    Chlorine from the water store?

    77 degrees F seems high.

    columbus for bittering ?

    I'm making Hoppiness is an IPA from BCS. Hops schedule: 1oz horizon 60 min 1oz centennial 10 min 1oz simcoe 5 min 1oz amarillo flameout I don't have the horizon and was gonna sub columbus. Since its just for bittering, I figure it would be ok. Am I right in this assumption? Thanks

    Opinion on crush. First AG tomorrow.
