Quick question about lager and temp.

Ok so did a Rocky Racoon Crystal Lager a few months ago, cold lagered in primary then bottled after about 3 weeks, left bottles in cold garage for about 8 weeks, now that it is warming up should I keep them in fridge or is it ok to let them warm at room temp?

    Coopers Irish Stout recomendation.

Well as I am still a new brewer, just having done my 10th batch so far. Not any full mash yet but some partials so far. My 2nd batch was a Coopers Irish Stout LME and following the instructions and my LHBS, I went with a can of Coopers dark LME and 6 cups of corn sugar, and a bit too much H2O...

    Opinions on vanillia.

O.K. so next batch I plan a Irish Stout with vanilla added. Now do I only use beans or are the extracts o.k. to use also? Looking for a subtle flavor at the end, not too overpowering buy you will know its there. Thanks.

Evening all, from Pennsylvania right on the lake.

Well not right on the lake, or I'd have one of them sweet houseboats but close enough. Erie, Pennsylvania. Just fell in to the homebrew addiction and can't say how much fun I am having so far, and how much I am learning. Been lurking round here for the last few months and finally got a...
