i want to force carb a keg, can I just connect it in my kegerator, turn up the co2 tank to 30lb or so, wait a bit for it to get there, then Disconnect and set aside for 2 days?

I am trying to find some nice handles for my perls. they need to be 3 - 4 " tall max, as the freezer door will hit them otherwise. I do not want any 'brand' beer handles, just something unique and short. Maybe a Canadian hockey team? or anything cool... I am having no luck finding...

I got a beautiful new shiny aluminum 20 LB co2 cylinder from SIMGO for only $143 + $15 shipping. I now have it filled and regulator attached, co2 line going into side of fridge, and 2 x 4" shanks with 757s perls attached through the door. :ban: only thing left is to get me a manifold...
