Is this beer crze out of hand?

Just got back from a craft festival, poured my self a saison dupont clone and began to wonder what I had just taken part of. Honestly I didn't imagine the beer craze had gotten this intense. Every brewery represented it seems had at least one beer barrel aged in something, if not two, if not all...

Massachusetts 4 ball lock kegs $40 each and a 20 lb aluminum CO2 tank $40

I'm looking to sell 4 ball lock kegs to someone local. They are used (though not by me) but in pretty good condition. Two of them have new o-rings and I have a few sets of extra I can throw in. I also have a never been used 20lb CO2 tank. I don't really want to ship these so I am looking to...

"The Beer Shop" East Longmeadow Mass

I don't normally make threads like this but I support small business and I support folks that love good beer. There is this newish tore called "the Beer Shop" that opened right next to Peppa's Pizza in East Longmeadow, MA. It's a really nice beer store that sells single bottles to make mixed six...

Just cracked open a green flash IIPA

This beer tastes like drinking a glass of marijuana juice- I suppose this is what is meant by "dank", right?

This time of year just isn't the same without moonglow

Ah well, hopefully when Victory's expansion is finished we'll see more experimental brews and hopefully the return of wild devil (crosses fingers :o). Meh, guess I am going to have to brew my own wezinbock this year- anyone have a good recipe?

When does Victory Moonglow come out?

It comes out later this month, right? I hope I didn't miss the bus this year.

Looking for advice on a wit with late hops (perhaps summit)

I'm looking to brew a wit beer with big tangerine flavor and aroma. What I'd like to do is brew a wit that uses late additions of summit maybe with some citra. Has anyone brewed anything like this? Any advice on an all grain recipe? Thanks.

I had my first airlock blow out- with antifoam drops.

This is the first time those foam control drops have failed me. Granted, I am fermenting a batch of Cannonball Stout (AHS) with two packs of Notty. The poor foam control drops never stood a chance against such a foamy onslaught. All is well though: I was able to clean up and put in place a...

Just cracked open a aventinus weizen-eisbock

This stuff is intense, I really love wheat beers so I had to get this. It's like 12% too :tank:. Very spicy/warming. Not like it's anywhere near cold enough for a beer like this, I just spotted it at the store and had to get it.

Just opened a Duchesse De Bourgogne

Now, this is an interesting beer. I've tried some lambics and a Berliner weiss, this is nothing like those. Almost tastes like a wine, not very sour though.

Seared tuna with a wasabi mayo sauce

This is a recipe I found on the net, I made it last night and decided to share it. It was pretty tasty. I like my tuna seared on the outside and very very rare.
