6 gallon glass carboy Last time I just dumped the pellets in during primary. If I do a hazy, I’d probably use a mesh bag. No CO2.

These were articles talking about the whole process of brewing a hazy (including solutions). I just focused in on the “problems” for obvious reasons. Janish’s book is currently on my Amazon wish list. Perhaps I’ll move it to the cart :)

Thanks for your honesty! Maybe I’ll look for more fruit-forward Am. IPAs or APAs until have more brews under my belt and kegging abilities.

It’s a 6.5g glass carboy. What you might see on the first pic is masking tape on the outside marking 5 gallons.

First time brewer here! Tried to look this up online, but I’m still not sure. Is this the start of an infection, or are those just CO2 bubbles? There is no skin. It’s an IPA; extract w/ steeping grains; today is 3 weeks in primary: was planning to dry hop in a few days; SG was around...
