Had my NEIPA reached FG and should i pitch more yeast?

My worry is the tilt usually reads lower than actual, so if this is the case, it could be even higher! Will find out tonight when I take a proper reading

Had my NEIPA reached FG and should i pitch more yeast?

edit: just checked and it's 63% to 68% attenuation with this yeast, 63% gets me to 1.919 starting at 1.061 - now 1.059 is what I measured going in with the refractometer, so 5 points less than the itilt measured, take 5 points off what it's reading now and I get 1.020, pretty much bang on 63%...

APA/Pale Ale recipe, does this all look ok?

How does this look? Im wondering whether to drop the Galaxy in the hopstand, either half it or not at all and up it in the dry hop? My other thought.... Im using NEIPA Yeast, should I add 500g of porridge/rolled oats and drop some of the pale malt? Going to go with a NEIPA water profile as well

Too much foam in my corny keg

What size of tubing though for the picnic tap? I now have about 3m of 3/16 beer line and the keg at 7 degrees with 15psi and it seems to pour fine. I think it still maybe needs another few days to fully carb but I think thats it sorted and..... it tastes amazing! Nelson and Galaxy, a winning combo!

Too much foam in my corny keg

Hi - old post I know! I think I have the same issue as the op though - IPA has been at 15 for a week or so then 12 for a week before. It pours nice but with lots of head and semi flat beer. I assume its the same issue, I pass through 3m of 5/16 tubing to a flow control tap, the keg is now at...
