    Clone Brews and Beer Captured finding ingredients

    Did search the forums, honest. Looking through the recipes and seeing 55L crystal malt and muntons light dry malt extract for the British ales, what happens if I can't find 55L crystal malt? Also will any light DME work (I know they will but how close will they get me).

    Better to ferment at low temperature or high temperature

    Clearing when using TOSNA

    I used TOSNA for my last two 1 gallon batches of mead (just plain mead). Compared to my previous batches , non tosna, the mead is not clearing. Any ideas as to why?
