    I'm a newbie trying to make cheese curds. I have made about 6 attempts with store bought whole milk, adding varying amounts of rennet (tablets), Calcium Chloride (which seems to add a bitter taste) Powdered milk...and on and on. I have tried temps above and below 90 degrees. Every batch turns...
