    Brilliant! Think I'll boil down some more apple juice with some sugar and chuck it in, do I pitch it on top of the foam and leave? Or shall it stir it in slowly? Thanks

    When I set my batch away I added the 23ltr of apple juice yeast and so on it's foaming and seems to be on its way.. but is it too late to add sugar into it to enhance the abv? I never added any at the beginning and starting to think I should have..its been a week now fermenting, just wondering...

    I was thinking that, in hindsight would have been the way haha i did however have a taste when i took a gravity reading and it tasted nice - only very slight cinnamon taste

    Awesome thank you for this. So I'll check the gravity in another few days see what were at with it, if it's as stated above I'll move it out into separate bottled for drinking! The best part!

    Ok all cleaned took lid off to check, when I pitched my yeast I sprinkled it on top of the airated foam and left it, should I have stirred it then? As I left to absorb? I took a gravity reading whilst there (completely cleaned everything) and the gravity still hasn't went up or down it tasted...

    thanks for this, ill clean that right away, im using a proper cider yeast, regarding heat, its slowly going up, taking a while for the pad to reach high/full temp it says it should be to 20

    As stated - people are looked badly at given the current covid situation for over buying or sometimes shops dont even allow over a certain amount, im going tomorrow to buy the 25L, do you all generally get it from 1 shop?     Cyser.. never heard of, just googled, very impressed! I've also seen people add it a cup of plain tea (bag removed) for tannin? is this a must? Or is it just optional like the extra sugar step? Thanks for the reply
