    Jamils Irish Red ale- Roasted barley substitute 300L?

    There really is no substitute for Roasted Barley when making an Irish Red, if you want the red. The pale that Heretic uses will give it to you, but it is very tough to sub other malts to get that red while maintaining the style..

    Corny Cleaning (gettin' the soda out)

    Not quite the same,...but...Homemade PBW mix took the smell of a Sour Mash we did right out. Had to use extra amount and extra time, with 5 rinses but it smelled clean as new..

    $6.99 Drill Operated Cayboy Cleaner

    Have never, ever cleaned a carboy. Fill carboy with 3 gal of PBW inverted into a small bucket of water for a day or 2, flip over to get the bottom for a day or 2..dump, rinse, clean as clean can be, no extra work that may cut into consumption.

    Best way to sanitize dry hops?

    If the hops aren't funky and your brew has made it through primary ferm, there really isn't much reason to have an issue with dry hopping. I might look elsewhere in the process....

    Beersmith on iPad

    I use TeamViewer and it worked great at my buddies house where we brew to fire up BeerSmith and calculate some last minute tweaks during a brew day.. It is JUST like being there. There was literally no setup, just download, install, type the computer name and your in.
