    all line is in the fridge and is 1/4 inch. I don't think it is over carbonated. Did it at 30 psi for 48 hours, but minimal shaking. It has been at 10-12 psi for a week now. I disassembled and cleaned the keg before I filled it, all o rings look good. fresh lube too. I didn't see any...
