As much as I don't like bmc, the cave at Miller is cool. Should'a hit Lakefront Brewing. One of the best brewery tours I've ever been on too.

There's a bar here that does a bacon infused bourbon and makes a drink with it called a Cat 5. kind of like a bloody mary, but with a twist of gumbo roux, local made steak seasoning on the rim of the glass. it's a Cajun/ hurricane thing.

i'd bump the crystal down to .5 lb, add a .5 lb carapils and 1.5 lbs of 2-row if your going to go through the trouble to steep crystal anyway. it'll add some body to that extract and bump the OG to about 1.050. just my worthless opinion. ;)
