Thanks for the suggestions folks. I was able to get it out by tapping it back and forth several times and wa able to get it out. Now it's full of water soaking for a few days. Now I'm trying to decide what to brew to put in it! :)

I have a 10 gallon keg from a distillery in Texas. I want to age beer in it. How do I get the bung out?? I've seen the videos of the distillery removing them but I dont have access. Is there a tool I can get that will remove it? Tried big set of pliers but that didn't work. That rascal is in...

Is it possible to make a Milk or sweet stout without a coffee flavor? Or at least a least noticeable coffee flavor?

Checked out the GE and Holiday 5 and 7 CF. You can fit 4 kegs on the floor or 3 kegs and a 20lb CO2 bottle on the bottom of both brands 7 CF or 1 keg and 1 20lb CO2 bottle in the 5 CF.

So 3 kegs and a 20lb CO2 would fit fine then?

Thanks for the info! Is there any other difference between the Ranco ETC and the Johnson A419 other than the short cycle protection on the Johnson? Do both function the same? Temp display, size of increments for temp adjustment etc... Reason I ask is they are both almost the same price on ebay.

Would this suffice as well as the short cycle delay? My situation will be a freezer in a garage in the hot, muggy Mississippi weather.

An anti-short cycle delay? I know the Johnson controller does. I can find no mention in any of the docs from Ranco. This seems like a very good feature to have!
