This is a really good thread starter and I’m interested to hear what other people put. I’ve only been brewing for 7 months. I’m doing 2 one gallon batches at a time every 2 weeks as I ferment, bottle, drink, and have 4 batches worth of bottles to keep up. I feel I’m in the experimenting phase...
