    PWM stir plate advice...

    Cheers. Hopefully they are what they say on the tin. It might well be the stirplate from hell. The one I have just now may be the most ghetto stirplate in existance, no speed control or lid and made totally of old scrap.... and I have just got a 5L flask so I need to upgrade. My thoughts on it...

    I was suggesting you oxygenate the wort you pull off add actively fermenting yeast and shake the crap out of it. If it still does not ferment any more then you don't have any fermentables that Sach can munch through, if it does you could just leave it where it is, bump up the temp and leave it...

    Maybe pull off some beer and do a forced fermentation to see whats the maximum gravity it will drop to?
