I dont really think the GPM is a huge factor - Anywhere above 5 should do just fine (i think) line size is 3/8 and it is a 16 foot run with a 6 ' vertical. Yes it is a two tower glycol system in my residence so it does not move huge volumes like a bar would.

I am almost done with my glycol system. i had to buy the 3/8" id tubing and was wondering how I am going to connect it to the ball lock? Any ideas? i could do a splicer to a 3/16 line but would rather not.

Not sure I understand this - are you saying that the beer in the line will not stay fresh? isnt that the whoe point of this system?

they dont sell it - This is the only hose they sell that carries two types of beer: Beer Line Hose - Trunk Line I guess i could pull out the 3/8 and put in the 3/16.
