    What's a good base for fruit beers?

    Um yeah......... title says it all. I'm thinking of doing a Mango beer, Adding it in after initial ferment (Maybe about a week) and letting it sit for a couple of weeks before bottling. Are Wheat beers the only way to go? Thanks in advance Cheers Alx:drunk:

    He Guys, I'm planning on doing a Munich Lager this weekend and am in a quandry, I have two liquid yeast cultures, one Mexican and one San Francisco (both Whitelabs) and can't decide/don't know which would go better with this style! Any Advice?

    Spiced Cider

    Hey guys, I need a bit of advice on spicing , should I boil the spices (I'm thinking Cinnamon and cloves) in some Apple juice first and add this when cooled, or just chuck them in raw? Any help would be appreiciated cheers
