    Went to bottle today...

    got all excited had everything ready, almost everything. Go to sanitize the bottles and find out i'm about 20-30 short. :( It's a barley wine and I dry hoped it almost a week ago so I was wanting do bottle soon.     Cross pollination??

    Can differant types of hops cross pollinate if planted too close to each other? If so, what are the ill effects?

    wyeast question

    I bought a sierra nevada bigfoot clone a few weeks ago that came with the wyeast activator. My question is, is my yeast dead. The package sat at the post office for almost two weeks unrefrigerated, would this kill them?

    Temp???

    Hi all, first post here. I have a whole three batches under my belt and haven't had the pleasure of drinking one beer, (of mine). 1 bottled, 1 in secondary and 1 in primary. I was just wondering how important temp is once it's in the secondary and bottled? Thanks, Dan
