I have some extra biscuit, special b, and honey malt and was thinking of a nice and malty yet hint of sweetness and thick. Mash @ 156-158 with a SG of 1.060-1.070 and get it down to 1.015-1.025 maybe on the higher side for a little more sweetness and add a spice tea. Any Ideas????

Since my all grain voyage, which turned out great, I have some dme and lme to use up. 1 can of amber and 4 or 5 lbs of light dme. I have a bunch of assorted hops as well. Any Ideas? M:rockin:
